Creamy courgette pasta with bacon

To prepare the creamy courgette pasta with bacon, first start by putting on the water for the pasta. In the meantime, pour a drizzle of oil into a pan, add the bacon and sauté it for a few minutes until it is crispy.

Transfer to a small bowl and keep it aside. Now wash the courgette and grate them with a grater to the large holes. In the pan where you cooked the bacon, pour a drizzle of oil and add a clove of unpeeled garlic. Let it flavor and add the courgette. 

Add salt and pepper to taste and let it cook for 3-4 minutes. Now pour the pasta into the boiling water. 

When the courgette is wilted, remove the garlic and pour them into a tall, narrow container. Add the almonds. 

Add the oregano leaves, a ladle of cooking water, grated cheese and blend with an immersion blender. 

Blend until smooth . Transfer the cream into the pan add the bacon and a few leaves of oregano . Mix well. 

Drain the pasta and transfer it directly to the pan with the sauce . Mix well and serve.
