One of the main benefits of a daily walk is the improvement of cardiovascular health. A study has shown that regular walking can reduce the risk of heart disease, in fact  walking helps improve blood circulation and lowers blood pressure and reduce bad cholesterol (LDL) levels, while increasing good cholesterol (HDL) levels.
